Herança Magna offers a show featuring the two most important musical manifestations of traditional Portuguese music – Fado and Folklore. Before the show, there is a dinner with traditional food to enjoy a musical and gastronomic experience.
The show starts at 9:00 pm and ends at 10:30 pm, with a cost of 30€. If you wish to enjoy an all-inclusive traditional dinner from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the cost is 60€ (dinner and show).
What to Expect
Herança Magna is a renovated historical Port Wine cellar located in the Historic Center of Gaia. The space, large and with granite walls, gives us the feeling that we are in an old castle.
The cultural proposal of the Herança Magna begins with a dinner (optional) of traditional Portuguese food, followed by a Fado show of about 35 minutes and ends with a Folklore show.
The traditional costumes, traditional instruments such as the accordion, cavaquinho, guitar, bass drum, reco-reco, and traditional dances inspired and born in the roots of the people of the North make this show an unforgettable moment.

Herança Magna is located at R. de Serpa Pinto 239, 4400-307 Vila Nova de Gaia, near the Gaia docks, in the historic center.
